The Puppies will have received their 1st round of puppy vaccinations. The vaccine administered protects against: Distemper, Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (CAV-2), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus.

A puppy's vaccination schedule typically includes the following ages:

6–8 weeks: The first dose of the DHP vaccine, which protects against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza
9–11 weeks: The second dose of the DHP vaccine
12–15 weeks: The third dose of the DHP vaccine
16–20 weeks: The fourth dose of the DHP vaccine
12 months: A booster dose of the DHP vaccine, or 12 months after the last puppy shot
3–6 months: The rabies vaccine, which is required by law in all 50 US states
1 year later: A booster dose of the rabies vaccine
Every 1–3 years: Additional booster doses of the rabies vaccine

The pups are dewormed every 2 weeks from birth to prevent against intestinal parasites. Fenbendazole Suspension 10%

(100mg/mL) is administered by the puppy’s weight. Most vets will deworm routinely at their vaccination visits.

When will puppy be ready to come home?

The puppies will be ready to go around 6 weeks of age We can arrange a pick up date closer to then. We will send them home with a bag of starter food, a collar, leash, and some toys (new) they are used to playing with here. There will also be a folder containing vaccination information, deworming information, microchip information and registration application.
